Who Said?

The first song she sings all the time has something to do with "the Best of Both Worlds." This one cracks me up because PreppyGirl Jr. always ends it with this like spoken word dramatic finale, while moving her hand, index finger extended, from shoulder to straight out in front (as if pointing to someone in the crowd - or shooting that "I'm fricking cool" imaginary gun). It gives Galoot and me a good chuckle whenever she performs it.
The other song is "Who Said?" which PGirl junior sings over and over and over. It goes something like, "Who said, who said I can't be Superman?," which I always took as a girl asserting that she can do or be anything she wants. Cute song with a good message... but apparently my daughter had other ideas. Tonight, on the way to Big Lots she starts singing the following:
Who said, who said I can't be Superman?
If they don't have the costume at the sto-o-ore,
You'll have to pick out another superhero.
Or maybe you want to be a princess or cheerleader.
If you can't be Superman, Big Lots has mo-o-ore...
(*spoken word*) costumesThe kids got talent - eh?
