Funny Funny
Today at work, my assistant brought me a piece of mail. The envelope had been marked "return to sender, no such number." I looked at the addressee information to see the following:
CUNTHIA? Thank GOD it came back in the mail. I don't know what's worse; the fact that one of my customers almost got a piece of mail addressed to CUNTHIA - or that one of my employees *actually thinks CUNTHIA was the lady's first name. If nothing else, it provided us with a reason to laugh our asses off this afternoon (which we ALL needed).
*I realize the "u" and "y" keys are next to each other on the keyboard but the kid who typed in the name actually had to manually type the customer's first name into her computer file in two separate places. Cunthia both times around.

That is funny! Or sad? Typed Cunthia in 2 different places - that kid, as you said, really enjoys his/her work! Was "being able to think" part of the job requirement? At least you can say that person is consistent! ;-D

Yikes, that's a bad one.
I worked with someone named Doug who got mail addressed to "Dough" and "Drug".
Look over your work, people...

I am willing to bet there is someone named that somewhere. THere are so many weird names out there, that one couldn't have been overlooked! I bet your eyes bugged out of your head when you saw it. Scary but funny!

I almost referred to the Mike Hunt thing Wordnerd. We are children of the 80's!
The kid who did this is so funny. He's a sweetheart but I would definitely describe his as being a cheeseburger short of a Happy Meal. Poor thing.

Ha! Cunthia is probably friends with Erotica. (I once encountered a woman whose name was Erotica Luckett).
